Next Regular Board Meeting - The next Board Meeting is the Annual Meeting which is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11th 10:30 AM at the Hall Associates Inc. office. 2800 Keagy Road Salem, VA 24153 in the front conference room. Take the elevator to the third floor and the conference room is in front of the receptionist desk. Notices will be mailed to all homeowners closer to the meeting date. Your attendance is strongly encouraged so a quorum can be met to hold the meeting. If you are not able to attend, please appoint a Proxy in your place.
